Operating within the law of England and Wales, our primary aim is to strive to achieve strict observance of the Shariah. We understand the importance of maintaining an independent panel of scholars to ensure ongoing Shariah compliance. Some companies do not employ their own Shariah Board but use the services of third party companies to provide Shariah advice on a casual basis. This approach is not good enough for us as we believe the role of a Shariah Board is far more involved and fundamental to our business. We have regular meetings with our scholars and they are always available to answer specific questions or deal with queries. In addition, they oversee our activities and perform regular audits to ensure the strictest ongoing Shariah compliance.
